WHO would play you in the film of your life?

I’m just thinking about who looks a bit like me. I’ve had a few drunk people shout Justin Long at me or even a young Keanu Reeves, so I’ll go with one of those two. The film would be called ‘From Harlesden to Hollywood’ and would be a coming-of-age, rags to riches classic!

WHAT are you currently working on?

Right now I’m recording demos for Album Two in the van which is proving to be hilarious. Not to mention designing a menswear collection and writing a book of short stories about gentrification in my home town, London.

WHY do you do that thing you do?

Because being a lawyer, doctor, sales assistant or office body wasn’t for me. I’m not normal enough to have a job that requires team player spirit and I hate being told what do! And most importantly, because writing and playing music feels so good, so right! I’ve always been musical so I think in a way it feels like it’s what I am meant to be doing..I’m gonna do it as long as I can

WHERE do you see yourself in ten years?

10 years, well, I hope not to be living in the UK. I’d love to be in an New York City, working on my 10th album in a beautiful loft space in Manhattan. I’ll have 7 dogs (one for each day) and will have built my own studio so would spend my days there. My record collection would have trebled and I’ll have married to Bella Hadid. I’d drive an old car and will be blasting Big L. Everyday I would go to my favourite bodega deli and have breakfast, in-between big bites of my bagel I’ll be talking to my mum on the phone who is telling me the story of her latest novel and still asking me how to use Skype.

WHEN will there be a harvest for the world?

When the fall of man happens again because the internet implodes and people no longer share files they share fruit instead. I believe the world has become to fast for humans to keep up. There is no respite, no solace, and reality is constantly superseded by pixelated informercials. The harvest will be quietude from the tech noise and notifications will become conversations and people will feel less lonely and more worthy.
