Q is set to return to The Great Escape Festival, we’re pleased to announced. Having staged the likes of The Maccabees, Gaz Coombes, Bill Ryder Jones and more in at last year’s event, we’re currently working on the line-up for the 2016 Q Stage, which will be announced soon.

We’ll be joining the likes of The Mystery Jets, Oh Wonder, Shura, Holy Esque and more who are among the acts already confirmed for the festival which takes place in venues across Brighton between 19 and 21 May.

Head to Greatescapefestival.com for the full line-up so far, plus information about tickets for The Great Escape 2016.

Additionally, the event has announced that for certain venues it has reduced its age limited to 16 and above for the first time this year.

“Over 10 glorious years, The Great Escape has gone from strength to strength, breaking the hottest new bands and providing a monumental platform for emerging artists. 2016 is a big year; we’re so excited to come back full throttle,” declares Event Manager Kevin Moore of the 2016 event. “The introduction of the new 16 plus wristband is also huge for The Great Escape as it allows us to welcome a different type of new music fan to the festival.”

More acts, including details of this year’s Q Stage, will be announced in the coming month, so stay tuned to Qthemusic.com for more announcements.
