Why now? Here’s the premiere of the band’s new video for the song taken from their Learn To Kiss EP, due for release on 12 February. “There is a vulnerability in being on camera by yourself, you are forced to examine every blemish and every expression you never realised you had,” they say of the comprehensive clip, filmed in 15 locations over two days. “The song is six minutes long so the viewer is allowed a lot of time to become acquainted and to let their eyes wander. We’ve found that can be quite uncomfortable for some people. We were aware of trying to do something slightly more understated when compared to our previous music videos. We wanted to let the music take you into the video rather than letting the video do all the work for us.” When not on camera, they are set to play Leeds’ Brudenell Social Club on 10 February next year, and London’s Moth Club on 15 February.
