The band recorded the song in session at their Hackney Wick HQ while rehearsing for the We The Generation World Tour, and features new lead vocalist Will Heard making his debut on the track.
“We were rehearsing for our tour at LSH in Hackney Wick and decided to try out a few of our songs acoustically,” the band’s Piers Agget tells Q.
“It was fun to strip the tracks right back to just guitar, keys and vocals. We met Will Heard at a writing session a while back and fell in love with his personality and incredible voice and asked him to tour with us. This was the first time Will had ever performed this track – not bad, eh!”
