Olivia Rodrigo performs on the 'Today' show Citi Concert Series, New York City, September 8, 2023

The queen of raw emotion, Olivia Rodrigo will have an RSD release for Guts: The Secret Tracks. The 12" disc gathers together the four tracks that ended up being unbilled surprises on four different vinyl variants that were issued of her sophomore album, Guts. This EP is apparently the only physical release of those four songs — "Obsessed," "Scared of My Guitar," "Stranger" and "Girl I’ve Always Been" — apart from the LPs they already individually appeared on. Pressed in an edition of only 6000 copies, this may be a seller to the hardcore fans only.

Long thought lost, Gram Parsons and the Fallen Angels, The Last Roundup: Live from the Bijou Café in Philadelphia, March 16th, 1973 will be a 7500 pressing. According to Variety, "The soundboard tape of this show is said to have sat unnoticed for forty years, then acquired by Amoeba for release, then lost again for ten years until it was rediscovered as the famous Hollywood store moved shop during the pandemic. Includes a poster of Parsons and a cover photo of the singer and his collaborator in this 50-year-old set, Emmylou Harris." Thanks to 21st-century technology, the show has been preserved and for all of those who never got to experience Parsons live, this is the closest we'll ever get to being there.

Other entries that are coming:

The Beach Boys' Christmas Album (7000 copies) — you need it in green, right?

Charles Mingus, Incarnations (3000 copies) — Previously unreleased studio material from Mingus and his band (including Eric Dolphy) in 1960

INXS, Shabooh Shoobah Rarities (3500 copies) — A new collection of 11 B-sides, remixes and live performances from the period of the band's 1982 breakthrough album

Joan Jett, Mindsets (2900 copies) — Joan Jett and the Blackhearts rock through six brand new originals and throw in live versions of those tracks as well

As RSD notes as a disclaimer on their site, "The titles on the RSD Black Friday list are limited in number, as are most things created for special time periods or exclusive to certain retailers. This means a store may not get all copies they wanted or that a store may sell out of a release before you are able to purchase it."
