The extensive trek will begin in Paris on May 9 and end in London on Aug. 17.

'The band told me that their song "Hard Times" was inspired by Talking Heads, so I learned it and recorded my version,' David Byrne said.

'It feels kind of nice to just take our time and figure out what we're doing,' drummer Zac Farro said.

Paramore recorded Talking Heads' 'Burning Down the House,' while Byrne has recorded a take on Paramore's 'Hard Times.'

'We are starting from point zero. And this time, we’re reading the fine print,' Williams said.

'The blatant racism of our state leadership is embarrassing and cruel,' vocalist Hayley Williams said.

The annual event takes place on April 20 at brick-and-mortar record stores throughout the world.

'Our first order of business as a freshly independent Paramore is to shine a light on independent record stores – a vital part of our journey,' the band said.

Paramore addressed their absence from the 2024 Grammys in a social media post on Monday, Feb. 5.

No members were on hand to accept the trophies on Sunday, Feb. 4.

Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams said she's been trying to get SZA into the studio for six years.

The band will be replaced by Kings of Leon at festivals in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.
