The disgraced music mogul's lawyers want parts of the suit dismissed because the alleged misconduct predates two relevant state laws.

The elder Combs was also named as a defendant in the suit, which accuses him of 'encouraging an environment of debauchery.'

The two moguls were fierce rivals during the Death Row-Bad Boy feud in the 1990s.

Usher went to live with the record mogul at age 14. He reportedly saw orgies and other sexual activity.

'Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name,' said the mogul's attorney.

'It’s a shocking turn of events,' the music mogul's former attorney Mark Geragos said.

The mogul has been the subject of a series of sexual assault allegations over the past several months.

'Me Against the World' would be described by the rapper as 'explaining my lifestyle, who I am, my upbringing and everything. It talks about the streets but talks about it in a different light.'

The new allegations from the plaintiff came in an updated court filling on Tuesday, March 12.

The producer worked with Combs on his 2023 release 'The Love Album: Off the Grid.'

In the filing, Combs claims he 'never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct' involving the plaintiff who accused him of raping her when she was 17.

The embattled music mogul was long the face of Diageo's Ciroc vodka line.

The series, tentatively titled 'Diddy +7,' was still in the early stages of development.

The suit is the latest in a series of serious sexual abuse charges against the music mogul. Combs responded: 'I did not do any of the awful things being alleged.'

The move comes after three different women accused the record executive of sexual misconduct earlier this month.
